Apple Blossom Wild Ale
Apple Blossom Wild Ale was created by conditioning our base Wild Ale (spontaneously fermented Saison) in oak on apple blossoms for five months. We then harvested Empire apples in the fall, pressed them, and blended the juice with the Wild Ale, utilizing the natural sugar and native yeasts for bottle conditioning. The resulting beer is balanced in acidity with a touch funk, and notes of apple, floral, oak, and tannins. An exciting beer with a cider and vinous quality.
Please note bottles are corked and capped for cellaring.
