Wheat Stout

Wheat is becoming our signature ingredient. We love how delicate it makes our beers. Wheat stout is no exception, brewed with 100% Wheat and our cascade. Wheat stout was fermented and aged in barrels, then bottle conditioned to a low CO2 level to help give a creamy mouthfeel. It screams dark chocolate and toffee with underlying fruit and coffee notes.
