Spruce Tip Wild Ale

We carefully hand-harvested spruce tips from our property during the spring of last year, which we added to a barrel of wild ale. This beer is a lovely representation of the local surroundings. Spruce Tip Wild Ale captures the essence of a rain-soaked forest, with petrichor and a hint of citrus and pine. Despite the additional flavour of the spruce tips, the underlying funk, earthiness, and tartness of the wild ale are still unmistakable.
