Inspired by the Belgian farmhouse tradition our Saison is brewed with a combination of malted barley and flaked wheat. Bittered with our own Cascade hops and finished in the kettle with Czech Saaz. Barrel aged and dry hopped with additional Saaz. Subtle fruit punch character.
