Country Ale is a mixed culture sour beer. Originally brewed as a Hoppy Saison, the bitterness from the hop character balances nicely with the tartness of the mixed ferment culture to produce a tart, but not overly sour beer. Brewed with two-thirds barley, one-third wheat and hopped with Saaz. Notes of lemon and sweet tart.
