Hoppy Saison is brewed with 66% barley and 33% flaked wheat. Bittered with our own Cascade hops and finished in the kettle with Czech Saaz. Barrel aged for over a month and dry hopped with Saaz, Hersbrucker & Styrian Celeia. Not overly bitter with a nice hop expression.
