Grisette is a very approachable Belgian farmhouse table beer. Brewed with 50% Malted wheat and 50% barley. Hopped with our own Cascade and finished with Styrian Celeia in the Kettle. Barrel aged in oak to allow the flavours to round out. Floral notes with subtle lemon tartness.
