We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our beer products unless they are damaged, spoiled, missing or incorrect. We will only process refunds or replace items falling in these categories within 30 days of the original order date.
All of our beer is quality controlled to ensure optimal freshness and flavour. We utilize thorough cleaning practices to control any potential for spoilage or off-flavours. Many of our beers undergo mixed-culture fermentations which means that they may exhibit some funky characteristics that we consider to be desirable and are intentional in certain styles that we brew. However, if you come across a beer that is flawed and undrinkable please email us and let us know.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us by email with a clear photo of damage. We will gladly refund or replace your damaged items.
Missing or Incorrect Beer
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us by email with a clear photo and description of the error. We will gladly refund or replace your missing or incorrect items.
Please note that we process orders within 1-2 business days. If you wish to cancel an order, please keep this time frame in mind. If your shipment has already left the brewery we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit. Shipments experiencing delays of longer than one week and/or traceability issues may be subject to either store credit (redeemable both online or in person at our retail shops) or re-shipment.
Goods are exempt from being returned, include: gift cards and any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
